Learn the workings of a structure that creates geometric shapes with a surprisingly organic feel. Select one of a dozen designs and weave a sampler of possible patterns. Using the instructor’s original tie-up and treadling will allow greater flexibility in your weaving. Project planning, finishing, designing from profile drafts, weaving from block diagrams, and improvising at the loom will be discussed. Intermediate weavers who can independently warp a loom are welcome.
